Vivo V20 and Vivo V20 Pro 5G have been launched in Thailand as the newest members to the Vivo V-series family. The handsets succeed the Vivo V19 smartphone from May and come with a bunch of improvements including upgraded chipsets and high-megapixel cameras. The Vivo V20 Pro rocks a 5G-capable Snapdragon 765G SoC, 44MP dual selfie cameras, and a 6.44-inch Super AMOLED display. The vanilla Vivo V20, on the other hand, features a single selfie camera atop the display and Snapdragon 720G SoC under the hood. Apart from this, both Vivo V20 and V20 Pro pack 64MP triple rear cameras, a 4,000mAh battery, 33W fast charging solution, and a sleek design with an AG Matte Glass protection at the back much like the Vivo X50.

Vivo V20 and Vivo V20 Pro 5G price, availability

Vivo V20 Pro 5G price is set at TBH 14,999 (approx Rs 35,300) in Thailand for the sole 8GB RAM variant. The handset is available for pre-bookings in the country and will go on sale starting from September 30th. The phone comes in Moonlight Sonata, Midnight Jazz, and Sunset Melody shades. There is no word on Vivo V20 price and availability yet, but what we know is that the phone will go on sale in Midnight Jazz and Sunset Melody colour options. The smartphones are expected to launch in India next month.

Vivo V20 Pro 5G specifications

The Vivo V20 Pro 5G ships with a 6.44-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 20:9 aspect ratio, HDR10 support, and wide-notch atop for dual selfie cameras. The handset is powered by Snapdragon 765G SoC paired with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage onboard. The phone runs Android 10-based FunTouch OS 11 out of the box. The phone packs a 4,000mAh battery and supports 33W fast charging.

The Vivo V20 Pro other specifications include triple rear cameras comprising 65MP Samsung ISOCELL GW1 (f/1.89) primary sensor, 8MP (f/2.2) ultra-wide sensor, and 2MP (f/2.4) monochrome sensor. At the front, the handset sports dual selfie cameras with a 44MP (f/2.0) primary sensor and an 8MP (f/2.28) ultra-wide sensor that has a field of view of 105 degrees. The cameras are backed by Super Night mode, Tripod Night Mode, Motion Autofocus, Double Exposure, Dual-View Video, Slo-Mo Selfie Video, Steadiface Selfie Video, and Multi-Style Portrait.

In terms of connectivity, the Vivo V20 Pro features 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, and a USB Type-C port. The phone has an in-display fingerprint sensor. Lastly, the Vivo V20 Pro measures just 7.39mm in thickness and weighs 170 grams.

Vivo has only revealed a handful of specifications of Vivo V20. The handset also runs Funtouch OS 11 out of the box and sports triple rear cameras that include a 64-megapixel primary sensor. There is a single 44MP front-facing camera. At its core lies Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G SoC. The phone is driven by a 4,000mAh battery and supports 33W FlashCharge fast charging. The Vivo V20 measures 7.38mm in thickness and weighs 171 grams.
