Jio Phone users will get now be able to choose from five new data-only recharge packs starting today. The new Jio Phone recharge plans are priced starting at Rs 22 and go all the way up to Rs 152; as mentioned earlier, these new packs provide only data benefits. The telco had recently announced annual and long-term validity plans for the Jio Phone, but these only included 2GB data per month. Now, for most people, 2GB of data in a month isn’t enough. Since Jio Phone offers YouTube and other entertainment apps, it can end up using a lot of data. The new plans from Jio will help users enjoy more data in a month. These new packs with 28-validity come just months after Reliance Industries had discontinued four of its Jio Phone recharge plans.
New Jio Phone data-only recharge packs
Jio Phone customers can now make use of the new data vouchers and avail additional data via the official site, MyJio app, etc. All the new plans offer a validity of 28 days and will add the extra data to your current plan. For starters, the basic Rs 22 Jio Phone recharge voucher offers 2GB of data per month. Other options include the Rs 52 pack with 6GB of data per month, Rs 72 voucher with 0.5GB data per day; and Rs 102 recharge with 1GB data per day. If you’re someone who watches a lot of videos and streams music, etc, then you may like the Rs 152 plan, which offers 2GB of data per day. This is plenty on a feature phone and should last you no matter what you stream.
