Vivo is known to launch a bunch of new mobile phones in a year, and 2021 is going to be no different. There are one too many Vivo new phones in the work and most of them, if not all, are expected to launch soon. These upcoming Vivo mobile phones are divided across categories, including mid-range, flagship, and affordable. Among the notables are Vivo X60 series, Vivo V21, and Vivo S9. Below is the list of each and every Vivo new phone that has been doing the rounds of the rumour mill so far and is likely to launch in India or globally in the next two-to-three months down the line. Vivo new mobile phones launching in 2021
1. Vivo X60, X60 Pro, and X60 Pro+
The new Vivo mobile phones are expected to launch in India by March-end or early April. The smartphones have already been announced globally. The Vivo X60 and X60 Pro come with mid-range specifications including the 120Hz refresh rate display, Exynos 1080 SoC, 32MP selfie camera, Android 11-based OriginOS, and 4,300mAh battery. The Vivo X60 Pro+, on the other hand, touts flagship Snapdragon 888 SoC, 50MP quad camera setup at the back, and 55W flash charging support. The Vivo X60 series price in India is unknown at the moment, but in China, it’s retailing starting at Rs 39,400.
2. Vivo S9
Vivo S9 launch is rumoured to be on March 6th in China. Vivo’s new phone in the S-series lineup is said to be a new phone altogether. The Vivo S9 specifications are tipped to be as follows: MediaTek Dimensity 1100 SoC, 12GB RAM, a 6.4-inch notch display, Android 11 with OriginOS, and 44MP dual selfie cameras. A recent Google Play Console listing told us that the Vivo S9 could come with up to 12GB of RAM, 256GB of storage, and run Android 11 out of the box.
3. Vivo V21 series
Vivo is also rumoured to be working on its next-gen V-series smartphones. This new Vivo phone will allegedly be dubbed as Vivo V21. The handset could launch alongside Vivo V21SE and Vivo V21 Pro models, much like last year’s Vivo V20 series. The Vivo V21 series specifications and other details such as price and design remain under the wraps at the moment. As reported by 91mobiles previously, the upcoming V21 smartphones could break covers as early as in February.
4. Vivo iQOO 9
Vivo iQOO 9 launch is rumoured to be in the second-half of 2021. The smartphone is expected to be a flagship offering, with Snapdragon 888 SoC ticking at its core. iQOO 9 specs are also said to include 120W fast charging solution and dual batteries with a capacity of 2,155mAh each (combined capacity of 4310mAh). That’s all the information we can divulge at the moment.
5. Vivo new phones
In addition to these, a number of upcoming Vivo phones have surfaced on CNIPA China trademark site. These include Vivo X14, X19, X8, X55, X34, X85, and X41, among others.
