The high-end model in the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S21 series will be the most specced out of the lot and we now get an idea about what the device will offer, although the benchmarking site does not reveal too much. Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra specifications will include the Exynos 2100 chipset, which is expected to be officially announced later today. This is the variant that is also expected to launch in India. The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 12GB RAM model scored 1006 and 3059 in single-core and multi-core tests, respectively. These scores are in line with what you would expect from a flagship device and are very similar to the Geekbench scores recorded by the Samsung Galaxy S21+ with Exynos 2100. However, the Samsung Galaxy S21+ model with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset managed to score higher in both single-core and multi-core tests.

Coming to the design, the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra will look similar to the vanilla S21 and the S21+. The handset will sport a center-aligned hole-punch display with really slim bezels all around. The screen size is expected to be anywhere between 6.7-inch to 6.9-inch with an AMOLED panel and a high screen refresh rate. The rear camera module which bleeds into the corner of the frame will be large and will likely house four camera sensors. The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra could feature two telephoto or periscope lenses, but we cannot confirm any of this just yet.
