Some key Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro specifications have surfaced online. Earlier leaks suggested that the smartphone will be the world’s first handset to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 875. A new report from a well-known leaker Digital Chat Station says that the Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro will support QHD+ display resolution with a refresh rate of 120Hz, similar to what the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is expected to offer. If the Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro is set to receive a bump in display specifications, it is reasonable to assume that the entry-level Xiaomi Mi 11 will also come with a high-refresh-rate display, possibly clocked at 90Hz.

Although there isn’t much information about the Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro at this point, we have a rough idea about what Xiaomi may have in store for us in 2021. For starters, it is expected to come with a curved, waterfall-like display and an under-display selfie camera. Xiaomi could even throw in a MEMC chip, like the Oppo Find X2 Pro, for good measure. We can expect the Xiaomi flagship to come with five rear cameras, presumably with a 108MP Samsung ISOCELL HM3 sensor at the helm, which might be assisted by a 48MP ultra-wide-angle lens. The Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro could even take a page out of Samsung’s and Huawei’s book and employ two telephoto lenses in the rear camera array.
One of the more exciting Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro features is expected to be its support for fast charging up to 120W. Xiaomi demonstrated its 100W fast charging technology not too long ago, and it is entirely possible that it can debut alongside the Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro. The smartphone is expected to make its debut sometime in January, most likely before Samsung unveils its Galaxy S21 series of smartphones.
