Oppo K7x specifications have appeared on Geekbench just a couple of days ahead of its November 4th release. The single and multi-core scores are 511 and 1644, respectively, indicating that it is a mid-range smartphone. OPPO K7x specs, according to the listing, will include the MediaTek MT6853 SoC, which corresponds to the Dimensity 720, along with 8GB RAM and Android 10 OS. OPPO K7x price and sale date are expected to be announced during the launch event.

Oppo has also released some promotional material centered around the Oppo K7x. It gives us a decent idea about what the smartphone has in store for us. For starters, the OPPO K7x will feature a 6.5-inch FHD+ IPS LCD panel clocked at 90Hz and a touch sensitivity rate of 180Hz. The latter will go a long way towards reducing input lag, making it ideal for low-latency applications like gaming.
Some of the other features include a hole-punch camera nestled at the top-left corner of the screen and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. 5G connectivity is a given, considering the MediaTek Dimensity 720 SoC. An earlier report told us that the smartphone would use the tried and tested quad-camera array with a 48MP sensor at the helm accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens and two 2MP sensors. The Oppo K7x’s colossal 5,000mAh battery is expected to support fast charging at up to 30W using its proprietary VOOC technology.
Oppo K7x’s specifications leaked so far could make it an excellent addition to the sub-Rs. 20,000 segment. Considering that not even a single MediaTek Dimensity-powered device is yet to hit international shores, it may be a while before the Oppo K7x goes up for sale in India.
