OPPO Reno4 Pro Special Edition model has been launched in India and this comes in a new Galactic Blue colour option. The retail box, that is completely different from the standard package, and the phone’s rear panel has cricketer MS Dhoni’s signature engraved. Apart from the new colour and signature, the rest of the internal specifications remain the same as the regular OPPO Reno4 Pro. To recall, the smartphone was launched in India back in July as a successor to the Reno3 Pro. The OPPO Reno4 Pro ships with a 90Hz AMOLED display, Snapdragon 720G SoC, and 65W fast charging support.

OPPO Reno4 Pro Special Edition price is set at Rs 34,990, which is the same as the standard model. It comes with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage configuration and will go on sale from September 24th via Flipkart.

The OPPO Reno4 Pro sports a 6.5-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with 1,080 x 2,400 pixels resolution, 90Hz refresh rate, 20:9 aspect ratio, and 402ppi. It is powered by the Snapdragon 720G SoC coupled with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. The phone runs on ColorOS 7.2-based Android 10 OS out of the box. Connectivity features include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, 3.5mm headphone jack, and Type-C charging port.
Moving to optics, the OPPO Reno4 Pro is equipped with quad rear cameras at the back consisting of a 48MP (f/1.7) Sony IMX586 primary sensor, an 8MP (f/2.2) ultra-wide sensor, 2MP mono lens, and 2MP macro lens. For selfies and video chats, there is a 32MP Sony IMX616 snapper on the front. It has an in-display fingerprint sensor for security. A 4,000mAh battery with 65W fast charging support fuels the phone. The OPPO Reno4 Pro measures 160.2mm x 73.2mm x 7.7mm and weighs 161 grams.
