Samsung Galaxy F series has been officially confirmed by the company via its social media accounts. The new series has the tagline “Full On” and is expected to launch in India soon. While Samsung has not explicitly revealed the first phone to be announced in the series, the Samsung Galaxy F41 with model number SM-F415F/DS was spotted on the company’s official website support page. Samsung Galaxy F series is expected to be placed alongside the Galaxy M series going by the specifications and design of the upcoming Galaxy F41. The smartphone is expected to come with an affordable price tag and is speculated to be similar to the Galaxy M31 but with new colour options and storage variants.

As per a Google Play Console listing, the Samsung Galaxy F41 specifications may include the Exynos 9611 SoC, 6GB RAM, and an FHD+ Infinity-U display. The smartphone will run on Android 10 with One UI on top. Leaked schematic of the Samsung Galaxy F41 tells us that the phone will come with a triple camera setup, a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

It is unclear how Samsung plans to position the Samsung Galaxy F series in the country with the Galaxy M series already doing well for the company. Tipster Ishan Agarwal speculates that the Galaxy F series will be sold exclusively on Flipkart, which would differentiate the lineup from the Galaxy M series, which is currently exclusive to Amazon.
