FAU-G, aka Fearless And United-Guards, has finally been launched in India and going by the impressive pre-registration numbers, the mobile game can be expected to be a huge hit in the country. If you’re expecting FAU-G to be a replacement for PUBG Mobile, which was banned last year in India, we’re sorry to inform you that these two are drastically different games at least at this point. However, as PUBG Mobile India could launch in India really soon, you might want to try out FAU-G in the meantime. FAU-G, which has been developed by Bengaluru-based nCore Games, is an action game that is already available on Android and is expected to be made available on iOS later. Notably, it has been claimed that 20 percent of the revenue generated by the game will be donated to Bharat Ke Veer trust. If you want to try out FAU-G, here is everything you need to know. It is important to note that the download link is being made available to users in a phased manner and might show up for you soon.

How to download FAU-G?

FAU-G has been made available on just Android as of now but the game will be made available on iOS later. In order to download the game, you will have to go to Google Play Store on Android or App Store on iOS (once the listing goes live). After searching the game, you can tap on the download button from the listing for the game to start downloading. Apart from this, you can also choose to sideload the APK on Android but as it is a free-to-play game, we would suggest that you go through the official listing instead.

FAU-G game modes

At launch, FAU-G seems to have just a campaign mode that starts against the backdrop of real-life events in the Galwan Valley skirmish where the Indian Army had a face-off with Chinese troops last year. nCore Games has already clarified that the online multiplayer and battle royale game modes will not be available at the launch but will be added later via an update. Considering that the campaign mode lasts just a few hours, it will be interesting to see how the game manages to retain the audience before other game modes are added via a future update.

FAU-G  minimum requirements

FAU-G can be downloaded and played on smartphones running Android 8.0 Oreo or higher. On iOS, we will get more information once the game’s listing goes live.

FAU-G download size

The download size for the game varies depending on the device but roughly, the game’s download size sits at around 500MB.

What is FAU-G Lite?

While FAU-G Lite has not been officially announced yet, nCore’s founder has shared that the company will consider launching a Lite version of the game for budget phones if the response to the standard version of the game is positive and there is enough demand. Considering that the standard version of the game supports phones with mid-range to premium hardware, those of you who might miss out on the game can definitely join in once the Lite version is launched.
