Samsung has announced a few new offers for its loyal customers and to make some of its premium smartphones more attractive. The first initiative is a loyalty program that rewards buyers for purchasing smartphones above Rs 15,000 from the Samsung Smart Cafe or Samsung Smart Plaza. Qualifying purchases will net customers three vouchers up to Rs 6,000 which can be redeemed at any of the portals mentioned above. The vouchers will only be valid till the end of December 2020. It will also allow users fast-track access to a higher membership tier that offers additional benefits.

The next initiative Samsung has in mind for Indian customers is a referral program. Existing Samsung customers can refer their family and friends to make a purchase from qualifying Samsung stores. If a valid transaction is made, both the referrer and referee get a voucher from Samsung, which can be redeemed for future purchases.
