The phone has received the Bluetooth SIG and Wi-Fi Alliance certifications recently with the model numbers SM-M12FG/DS and SM-F12G/DS. It is speculated that the Galaxy M12 will be rebranded as the Galaxy F12. The phone is said to sport a 6.5-inch/ 6.7-inch Infinity-V display, quad-rear cameras in a squarish module, and a whopping 7,000mAh battery. It may have a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security and measure around 163.9mm x 75.9mm x 8.9mm. Other details remain under wraps, for now.
