Redmi Note 9T launch has been tipped and it seems it will be the global version of the Redmi Note 9 5G that is expected to launch in China next week. Earlier this week, a Xiaomi phone with model number M2007J22G was speculated to be the Redmi Note 10 global variant. However, tipster Mukul Sharma has found through the FCC database that the model is in fact the Redmi Note 9T. This is the first time we’re hearing about this model, but it might not be a total stranger as it seems it could be the global variant of the Redmi Note 9 5G as the latter has the model number M2007J22C.

Redmi Note 9T launch date is currently unknown but we speculate the phone may arrive before the end of the year considering Xiaomi is also rumoured to be working on the Redmi Note 10 series for 2021. If the Redmi Note 9T is indeed the global version of the Redmi Note 9 5G, then we can speculate some of the specifications as well.
Redmi Note 9T specifications could include the MediaTek Dimensity 720 SoC. The phone may launch with an LCD display and a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone could sport a punch-hole cutout on the top left corner for the selfie camera. The Redmi Note 9T may also feature a circular rear camera module that may house triple camera sensors. Other specs such as the RAM, storage, battery, and fast charging support are still a mystery as of now. Redmi Note 9 5G and Note 9 Pro 5G are expected to launch in China on November 24th, and the Redmi Note 9T global launch may follow.
