Samsung Galaxy S21 series launch is tipped for January 2021 and the lineup is tipped to include the Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+, and Galaxy S20 Ultra models. We have come across renders of the Galaxy S21 and S21 Ultra and the latter has also been spotted on Geekbench. Now, 91mobiles brings you key Galaxy S21 Ultra specifications courtesy tipster Ishan Agarwal. The smartphone is codenamed internally as O3 and carries the model number SM-G998U. Based on what we have learned, the flagship’s specs will include a 2K AMOLED display, 5,000mAh battery, and more.

Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra specifications
The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra will feature a 6.8-inch Dynamic AMOLED display with 2K resolution. The display is likely to come with a high screen refresh rate (rumours suggest this time it could be 144Hz instead of 120Hz) although we cannot confirm this just yet. Renders have already suggested the flagship will feature a design similar to the Galaxy S21 with a centred punch-hole cutout and a unique rear camera module that curves into the frame. Agarwal told 91mobiles that the Galaxy S21 smartphone will run Android 11-based on One UI 3.0 out of the box.
The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra will feature a 108MP primary rear camera and 40MP front-facing camera. Ishan also reiterates that the handset will pack a 5,000mAh battery – just like its predecessor. In addition to this, the smartphone should employ the upcoming Snapdragon 875 chipset under the hood in markets like the US and China and Exynos 2100 SoC in markets like India. The phone will reportedly measure 165.1mm x 75.6mm x 8.9mm (10.8mm with the camera bump) and come in Black and Silver colours.
