Vivo Watch, the company’s first smartwatch, has been launched in China. It comes with a round dial and in two sizes — 42mm and 46mm — and has a stainless steel body with a brushed ceramic bezel. While the 42mm version has two round buttons on the right spine, the 46mm has flat buttons for a more comfortable fit. The Vivo Watch features a blood oxygen monitor, 5-core optical heart rate sensor, and can record stress and sleep. There is dynamic calorie monitoring that will regulate the calorie consumption. The Vivo Watch has 5 ATM water-resistance and can last up to 10 minutes underwater for depth up to 50 meters.

The Vivo Watch 42mm and 46mm models are priced the same: RMB 1,299 (Rs 14,100). It will be on sale in China from September 29th and is currently up for pre-orders on the official online store. The 42mm version comes in Mocha Brown colour, in which the dial and strap are brown, and Secret Summer Orange colour with black dial and orange strap. The 46mm model ships in Shadow Black colour with black dial and strap and a brown colour option with silver dial and brown strap.

The Vivo Watch 42mm sports a 1.19-inch AMOLED display with 390×390 pixels resolution, while the 46mm variant flaunts a slightly larger 1.39-inch AMOLED display with 454×454 pixels resolution. It can track 11 sport modes, 2GB built-in storage for music storage, and connect via Bluetooth 5.0. The smartwatch is powered by the ST miniature main control processor along with Apollo ultra-low power coprocessor. Thee’s GPS, Glonass, Galileo, and Beidou. The 42mm version has a 226mAh battery that is claimed to last up to 9 days, while the 46mm variant has a large 478mAh battery that is said to offer 18 days on a single charge.

The Vivo Watch is equipped with a blood oxygen sensor, air pressure, gyroscope, accelerometer, geomagnetic sensor, altitude sensor, and ambient light sensor. It has intelligent exercise recognition and analysis and can monitor indoor running, outdoor running, outdoor walking, indoor cycling, swimming, cycling, trail running, mountain climbing, elliptical machine, free training, and high-intensity interval training. The smartwatch can also monitor your sleep and provide breathing training. There is NFC support for payments, alarms, show notifications, controlling your music, and Vivo’s Jovi voice assistant. The Vivo Watch 42mm measures 42x42x9.7mm and weighs 35.6 grams, whereas the 46mm comes in at 46x46x10.6mm and weighs 46.8 grams.
