Realme 7i India launch date is October 7th, the company has officially confirmed. The phone will be launching alongside the flagship 55-inch Realme SLED 4K smart TV. The event page has gone live on the Realme India website, which some key details about the Realme 7i. The smartphone was launched in Indonesia earlier this month and is a stripped-down version of the Realme 7. Key specifications include a 64MP quad-camera setup, a 90Hz display, a 5,000mAh battery, and 18W fast charging support. In addition to the Realme 7i, and Realme TV, the company will also be launching the Realme 7 Pro Sun Kissed Leather special edition model.

The Realme 7 Pro Sun Kissed Leather variant, as the name suggests, will sport an orange-coloured leather finish at the back. The handset was launched in India earlier this month and comes in Mirror White and Mirror Blue colours. Not much else is known about the special edition model.

Realme 7i ships with a 6.5-inch HD+ display with 1,600 X 720 pixels resolution, punch-hole cutout at the top-left corner, and a 90Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the Snapdragon 662 SoC coupled with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage that is further expandable via microSD card. Android 10-based Realme UI 1.0 takes care of the software side of things. Realme 7i’s quad-camera setup at the back includes a 64MP primary sensor, an 8MP secondary lens, and a couple of 2MP sensors for macro and B/W shots. There is a 16MP snapper on the front for selfies and video chats and a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor for security. A 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support fuels the phone. Connectivity features include 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and USB Type-C port for charging and data sync.
