POCO X3 will launch in India today and the company will be live-streaming the event through its official social media accounts, including YouTube channel. The smartphone went official globally earlier this month so we already know the complete specifications and design language. The India-specific variant is expected to come with a 6,000mAh battery and 8GB RAM, both of which are an upgrade over the global variant. However, the rest of the specs should remain the same. The POCO X3 will be the first phone in India to come with the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 732G chipset. The POCO X3 India price and sale date will be announced during the launch event.

POCO X3 India launch livestream, expected price in India

POCO X3 launch event in India will begin at 12 PM IST and will be live-streamed on POCO India’s social media channels. You can catch the event right here via the YouTube link embedded below. The POCO X3 price in India is speculated to be around Rs 20,000 and the phone will be available via Flipkart.

POCO X3 specifications

POCO X3 flaunts a 6.67-inch FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, punch-hole cutout, and Gorilla Glass 5 protection. It is powered by the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 732G SoC coupled with Adreno 618 GPU, 6GB RAM, and up to 128GB storage that is further expandable via a microSD card. In terms of software, the POCO X3 boots Android 10-based MIUI 12 with POCO Launcher 2.0 on top. Connectivity options include IR blaster, NFC, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. 

As for the optics, the POCO X3 has a quad-camera system at the back consisting of a 64MP Sony IMX682 primary sensor, a 13MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a couple of 2MP sensors for depth and macro shots. There is a 20MP selfie snapper on the front for selfies and video chats. It has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security. While the global variant offers a 5,160mAh battery, the model coming to India will pack a 6,000mAh capacity. The phone is equipped with 33W fast-charging support and IP53 certification for splash resistance.
