OPPO Reno4 SE launch in China has been scheduled for September 21st. The handset’s listing has gone live on the company’s website and on a few e-stores. The OPPO Reno4 SE seems to be an affordable mid-range offering that could be positioned below the vanilla OPPO Reno4 that was launched back in June. The upcoming OPPO phone will share most of its design cues with the OPPO F17 Pro, which was recently unveiled in India. The OPPO Reno4 SE will sport a punch-hole design with triple cameras in a squarish at the back.

OPPO Reno4 SE specifications

The OPPO Reno4 SE specifications will include an OLED screen with a punch-hole in the top right corner. The display is said to be 6.43-inch tall and bear Full-HD+ resolution and fingerprint scanner. The phone is likely to be powered by MediaTek’s mid-range Dimensity 720, which has 5G modem onboard, coupled with 8GB RAM and 128GB/ 256GB storage onboard. Camera hardware may include 48MP + 8MP + 2MP setup at the back and 32MP snapper on the front for selfies and video calling.

The OPPO Reno4 SE is expected to be driven by a dual-cell 4,300mAh battery. This will be backed by a 65W fast charging solution. Software-wise, it could boot Android 10-based ColorOS 7 out of the box. The phone will have Type-C port, 3.5mm headphone jack, and speaker grille at the bottom edge.

The China Telecom site claims the OPPO Reno4 Pro price will start at RMB 2,699 (~Rs 28,000) for the base 128GB storage variant, while the 256GB storage option will cost RMB 2,999 (~Rs 32,000), which seems steep given the specs.
